Chest pain right now? Call 108

Dr. Allu Harshavardhini

How this clinic works, and your privacy

What this clinic gives you

A cardiologist’s personal opinion on the medical records you send: an ECG reading, an explanation of your prescriptions, or a second opinion on advised treatment.

The opinion is given without a physical examination. It is meant to help you and your treating doctor decide, and does not replace an in-person consultation.

Emergencies

This clinic does not handle emergencies and messages are not read immediately. For chest pain, breathlessness, fainting or any sudden worsening, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.

Time and follow-up

ECG readings and prescription doubts are answered within 24 hours of readable reports reaching the doctor; second opinions within 48 hours.

For 3 days after the answer you may ask questions about the same problem at no extra cost. A new report or a new problem is a new consultation.

Asking for a family member

You may consult on behalf of a family member if they know and agree. The doctor replies to the WhatsApp number you give.

Your records

Messages and reports are stored privately so the doctor can review them and to keep a medical record as the law requires. They are not used for advertising and are not shared with any hospital or company.

Conversations take place on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Payments are handled by Razorpay; this clinic never sees your card or UPI PIN.

To have your reports deleted, ask on the same WhatsApp chat.
